This is hilariously cute... by the way, what kind of mutation is he?

I am not sure what mutation he is as I am no expert but I am sure some one will let you know. It's a very cute budgie and I love the colours. The budgie was also talking a couple of times but I couldn't make out what he was saying but anyhow he was very sweet.
