I have tried everything in the list below to get my oldest budgie Blue to take an interest in bath time but he doesn't seem to enjoy it:

 

a shallow bowl in his cage

putting him in my shower

misting him with a spray bottle

 

is there anything else i can try, and how come he seems like the only bird who doesn't like a bath

you could try soaking wet lettuce leafs(not iceberg) and hang them, he might like rubbing the leaves and he would get wet doing that or you could place some lettuce in their bath dish/bowl with some water.

oh i know the feeling...my birds NEVER took baths but LOVE getting sprayed with hose in the sun verryyy lightly from bout 5 metres away :hap:

I have this little shallow dish which is a budgie/finch bath that has a mirror in the bottom my birds absolutly LOVE swiming in it coz its just the right size!

Pretty hated bathes never took one but 2 x in his life, 1 in lettuce and 1 because he saw Merlin do it I thought I made a break through but I didn't , keep offering it in different ways and don't stress about it I believe they will jump in when they want.

I agree wet some lettuce leaves .
