at least the little darlin is either not in any pain or getting treat ment he/she deserves!!

I agree - I feel the budgie campaign will be very benificial

I hope so

Somehow I have the bad feeling it's been put down. It's more simple to put a bird down for them than to spend the time needed to treat it. And probably more cost-effective.
