Male -young male budgies have pink ceres like your bird in the pictures. Young females have white-ish pink ceres with white around the nostrils, or light blue ceres with white around the nostrils, or light pinkish overall with a whiter look to it. Adult males of certain color mutations keep a cere the color of your bird's. More experienced members will correct me if I'm wrong

Hmmm, kind of tricky. First picture I'd say boy, can't tell in second picture, and the other pictures look like a girl LOL. More experienced people on here will give you a clearer answer I'm sure. Do you think one of the pictures is more true to color than the others?

Beautiful I've seen pictures of budgies like that before, but not with the yellow face.

Yes, the forehead will be all white after his/her first molt. And, I'm no color expert, but I think he/she's just a normal sky blue
