splat me neither " The Fancy" is a very english term read any english mag be it budgie,bird ,poultry or pigeon and its always reffered to as The Fancy dont know why but thats their term they can have it All i know its a great hobby be you young or old male or female you meet some nice people all with a common purpose and goal TAZ D

GB you can sp[end a lot of $$$ on name breeder birds but thats no guarantee that they are going to breed anything any good. .......You cannot buy an eye for birds.......Do you treat it as a hobby theres being competative and then theres going over the top .........Fordmob wish you well in your endeavours.......Cheers TAZ D

GB you can say that again they are as scarce as the proverbial rocking horse sxxx down here (TASSIE) dont know of anybody down here that has more that one or two will even settle for mauve if we can get them but it would appear that there it is the same as the green situation probably worse Cheers TAZ D

LION Hi suggestion to try if you can get it over there isn a mixture of EUCOLYPTUS OIL (OZZIE PRODUCT) and water....... mix at the rate of 50/50 paint on entire nestboxes and concaves pay particular attention to joins, cracks and any other place where they may be able to hide (pesky little devils) also paint perches etc. This has worked for me with budgies, pigeons and poultry hope this helps Cheers TAZ D

PT Hi finally made it back to TAS we had a great day happy with what we managed to accquire i think four of yours included. The young fellow behaved himself but we are in the Sxxt because we did not bid on the crest We had one death in custody on the way home but thats the way it goes Have already pencilled it in for next year once again thanks for a good day Cheers TAZ D and family
