Keep going. If you've got the story line in your head, just head towards the finish. I see the discussion has started about writing stories and that is good. GB is right, we would all have our own ways of telling the same story. James Bond has told you the standard stuff about how to construct the tale you want to tell. I really dislike that structure stuff and I'm sure you've heard about that conflict /resolution formula at school. It puts people off writing forever. If it had been around when I went to school, I would have screamed. You just get the story written.

Science is wonderful. When I was at school, they told us that if something is burned, you get an oxide. Can birds safely consume rice oxide?

For my 2 cents worth - liv is doing exactly what I would be doing if these little birds were mine. They hatched and so I would care for them as well as I could.

After you have posted the URL for each picture, I suggest you hit the enter button a couple of times - it nicely spaces out the pictures.

Those are beautiful pictures. I loved looking at them! I see they had a head of broccoli as well. That and the corn will have kept them busy for ages. The water on their feathers causes a wonderful effect in the photos. Does Charlie live separately? I did not notice him in the group photos?

... mung beans, snow peas, snow pea sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, peas, just to name a few more ... give them vegies every day.

I suggest that you go to a reputable seed merchant, if there is one near you. Go armed with a list of the best seeds and buy some of each. Then you can mix your own. The more you buy from a merchant, the cheaper they will be.
