hi when breeding crested budgies do you need two crested parents or is it just luck of the draw with normal birds to projuce a crested? cheers cam

hi everyone i have a budgie turbo is a hen and recently layed her second egg ever since that i go up to her cage it hisses at me when she comes out for a fly she sits fluffs her feather up and doesent move she use to fly around everywhere play etc can anyone reccomend something or know why turbo is hissing and not so happy thanks cam s

hello i have a budgerigar that comes out regularly she eats everthing even when im eating food she comes and wants some and ate a 1 inch wide hole in our wall i put a scrunched up ball of newspaper in the bottom of her cage and she has ate about half there is all little chewed bits on the floor i dont know if it is safe and should i try to stop her eating my food or stop her coming for my food cam s
