A dounut hunt....I like it. You should make a documentary, travel the world in search of the perfect donut, filming all your wacky adventures. ....Though you may end up with some very fat budgies if you let them have too many nibbles.

I would assume it was because any other colour varities would stand out in 'the wild' making them an easier target for predators. But that's just my assumption .

Wow guys, all your photos are simply stunning! I love the little splendid wren, libby, they are such beautiful little birds. And the landscape pictures are breathtaking, I'm in love with the bush, I've always wanted to live there....maybe one day . I'm going to stay at my grandparents house in a few days and my grandpa loves taking me 'to the bush' so hopefully I'll have a few picture to add!

I wouldn't say steal....perhaps borrowed for an indefinate period of time . Either way, your budgies look like they are thouroughly enjoying pigging out on peppermint .
