stupid me did put a string in the cage and I thought it was safe and then.... I really don't know the story.... but I know that it was not a budgie-budgie death and I know it was not just a strangle death......... so.............. Thankyou

hmmm looks good... maybe put the perches on either side so she can excersise but if she is out... should be okay! Great!!!

I'm back!!!!!!!!! Nothing eventuated out of either pair. Pair 1 abandoned their eggs. And the male of pair two got far too clever for his own good and escaped through the foolishly-not-pegged-down cage doors. So that did not help. After that happened I put the female back in the avairy and thought as pair 1 were in a smaller cage I would put them in the larger cage. which made sense! So i caught them in the nest box (which they were going in and out of quite allot) and put the nest in the big cage and that was that... so I thougt. for the next couple of weeks I never once saw them in the nest box so I put them in the avairy again. That was a while ago and today I descided to have another go with another pair http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....=25788&st=0
