This happens when you live and work WITH the people and share their joys and sorrows, cares and delights. I will post later on my trip and hopefuly I will be able to post piccies! no surf where we were! Sorry

  13. Hi this is salt: I think he is split for pied (is it) with a tiny spot on his head. Is that right? anyway what is this cutey? Thanks
  14. okay there has been a little dispturbance in the CheekyBlue avairys this month: First, Pepper's mate Kissy died, we have only latly got here a new mate: Salt so I thought that every thing was okay and that was that. Next I realised that when I was away in the Solomons, the rest of my family was going to QLD and I had nobody I could ask to give my birds the daily care that they needed, so I have had to descide to let them all out into the avairy so that they don't need quite so much maintnence. So that was descided. Last but not leaset, yesterday my brother went up tho the cages and found Lady in the corner of the cage, dead. when I went up and investigated I found an egg stuck to her rear end. I feel terrible. is that eggbound? so the end of the matter is that I need a new female bird. So thats what life is like in this part of the world.
