Gracie And Ozzy
Well it has been 2 weeks since I brought home Gracie and Ozzy. I first believed that I was going to split them up for taming but it seemed that they needed each other. Progress is being made, Gracie will sit with me out of the cage and Ozzy needs the comfort of the cage to trust me but with time I know he will come out of the cage!! Here are some pictures that I took this morning: "Look at me, I AM SO Brave!!!" "Sitting and looking pretty is what I'm good at." I love her stance in this picture. She loves to burrow into things, whether it be ina blanket or in your arm she will snuggle right in. Now its Ozzy time: He is still pretty shy but he is coming around. Can we say OW!!! Such a Sweety. "Fine I'll sit on you, but I'm NOT leaving this cage!! Hope you enjoyed that!!!

Newest Member Of The Duck Butt Club....
RAVEN!!! She is going through an extremely heavy molt, so last night I gave her a bath to soften up some of those pin feathers. Well, you can see for yourself what happened to her: Looking rather scruffy, but cute as always!! She doesn't want you to see her like this!! There is her little duck butt. A closer look at the stubby tail. Doesn't she look thrilled that I keep taking pictures of her bad 'feather' day. Finally here is the evidence left at the scene: Hope you like my little duck butt. I know I love her!!

Gracie Pics...
He is also named after a budgie that we had like a year ago who suddenly died one day. I missed that name and while I was hoping that Bea wouldn't get upset, I needed that name back in our flock. Ozzy acts the same as the late one did so thats how he got it. A ***And, Bea hope you don't mind too much!!!!***

Gracie Pics...
Yea we'll see how she is. I would love to breed her and have some little Ceasers around here. She was such a cute baby. Who knows if they do breed in the future I might have to send one your way !!! I already have one couple in the house, Jake and Dazie, thankfully they haven't done 'anything' other than preen and feed eachother. Those two are always together so I have a feeling that they may breed someday. About my names I'l let my mom know about these. She is also suggesting that we name him Kirby and or Buddy, after you. So those are some possibilities. I'll let you know when we decide.

Gracie Pics...
I'm glad that you like her name. Kirby, we haven't named him yet but we are currently thinking of either Bailey, Elvis, BOO, or Zero. I promise I will let you know when one is decided upon. A side note here, in the other post you said to breed him with Ceaser but is she past her prime to breed or will see still be able to do so and stay healthy? She is coming up on 3 1/2 years this summer.

Gracie Pics...
We have decided on a name for our new little recessive pid female, Gracie. She is named after the main character in Miss Congeniality because I love that movie and Gracie is so clumsy. She is still skittish but I'm going to be working with her and the little male budgie (who still remains nameless) alot. Here are some pictures of Gracie in all of her radiant beauty. Such a little cutie!! She looks so proud in this picture. Lovely colors.... I'm ready for my close up!! Position is every thing :(Laughing out loud) Here are some of my little guy: I love his markings!! Are you looking at me?!? Here get my best side. This is as close as your getting!!! Hope you enjoyed the pics!!!

2 More Budgies Have Agreat Home!
Thanks for the names Kirby, Iam sure they will be helpful. Thanks Shawna too for the information, I hope that everything works out well with my gang. I am done for now but if I ever find a Yellow face type 2 cobalt it has to come home with me. Again, thanks!!!

2 More Budgies Have Agreat Home!
Yeah I know, 10 budgies is alot but this new cage I have is huge and there was plenty of room for more so I went out this morning to look at my options and 2 of the most gorgeous and cute budgies tugged at my heart strings. One is a female and the other a male. Here are some pictures of them both: Here is the female, a recessive pied somethig. Who could say no to this face? And the wings. Here is the male, a dominant pied sky blue. Again, I couldn't say no. Here are his wings. Together for a little bit, until taming begins. I hope you like them i know I love them. Neither of them have a name as of yet so feel free to sugest any you think of.

Training 2 At One?
It does make sense, because I am really a part of my flock too and only adding two more would be like expanding. I think I may go with two today but in any case I will let you know what happens and if i have any more questions you know I will be here asking!! Thanks again!! ***Update*** I'm home with two new budgies, I'll post pictures soon in budgie pictures section.

Training 2 At One?
Well now that I have the larger cage I am going out sometime this morning to the petstore and I am might buy a couple more budgies for the home. My question is how do you go about taming two at the same time? I have always only bought one but today I might bring home two. Do you keep them in a cage together or do you keep them in their own individual cages? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!

What Are The Possibilities?
Well Jake and Dazie have gotten really close. While I know they are still too young to breed at the moment what copuld the out comes be if someday they did breed? Here are a couple more recent pictures: Jake is getting so grown up. The flash washed out some of the brightness to his blue. Giant budgie. My pretty little girl. She is growing up so fast. Well there you go. Any ideas?

All 8 of mine are doing great at this time, they absolutely love all the room. I actuall bought this cage off of ebay for $239.99. Its definately worth it. I have already told my mom to expect a few new additions some time in the future. Now that we have the room for them I think it will work out great. I would definately recommend this cage to anyone!!!

I knew that she had that cage, and I was sure that was the cage I wanted after I saw her pictures. It was shipped yesterday, and should arrive sometime Tuesday!! I am sure that my guys are going to love it. Raven will find a way to maker her self seen, she always does. I just hope that it doesn't look to empty when we first get it set up. I am definately going to have to get more toys perches and other stuff. Again I promise pics when we get it set up.
