Good luck on your search. Link to comment
Guest K&M Breeding
there are not heat pads made for birds You just use the normal human ones I had to go buy a new one for my Brooder(its a fish tank that half of the tank sits on top of a heating pad) I had a bit of trouble finding one that didn't shut off after it was on for so long(those kind are no use to me I'd have to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on) but I finally found one at my local Walgreen Pharmacy but they also make a Heated perch I've never used it but know a lot of people who do and they love them as does their bird(s) http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=10899 Link to comment

Your budgie is going to perch up high, and any warmth on the floor of the cage will not reach to the perch. You were given good answers to the heat issue in your other post, where people told you to use a warm lamp. Link to comment
