Yellowfaces And Golden Faces

What is the difference between a yellowface and a golden face? :ausb:

I believe a golden face is a deeper yellow to look more golden while the yellow face is just that yellow. I could be wrong but that is how I interpreted it.

Yeah, that's what i understand too. And i think goldenfaces basically look green but are actually blue...

Golden Face is associated with Parblue birds where the yellow bleeds into the blue body giving it a green colour. The goldenface is more "Buttercup" than the yellow face. :)

So what is Arkady then? He is the yellowface blue in my siggy. He is a lot greener looking lately too.

From what I can see he looks like a yellowface (Type 1) Skyblue. Have you got a better shot of him?

Arkady is definately at least a yellowface type 2 as his yellow bleeds onto his chest making it green

Here I will give you a few piccies of him:

(Izzy is the normal blue)
