what does it mean and how does the female react when she wants the male mount her

When the female wants the male to mount her, She makes a "U" shape with her back. She sort of bows down low and puts her tail up.

oh wow mine was doin this but the male wasnt even caring

sometimes males can be so daft!

(Laughing out loud) they sure can! My two male budgies are proving this atm at the moment, two of my hens are preparing nesting boxes, and doing that when the males come near them, but the males are too busy chasing the younger female who wants nothing to do with them! (Laughing out loud)
