for this cage? and looking at the dimensions, would it be good for how many budgies?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...mMakeTrack=true or this one

I know the white cage bidding has ended but I notice this seller has alot of cages on e-bay so I think I saw that he started another bid on this cage again.

Thank you for your input.

They look like great cage. SOrry I can't help you with prices as I don't know what its like over in the US.

Didn't look closely Lovey - does it have free shipping? If not, I think you can get them for less from places like birdcagemart. Saw one similar for $129 no shipping.

free shipping

Sounds like a great deal! Are you expanding your flock

Great cage, great price as far as I can tell as I doubt you would get that cage over here for less than £100.

Buy it and buy more birds and post the pictures tomorrow hehehe.

Kidding I ill give you until next week!

That cage (without the cool platforms) is at least $129 in most places so this is an awesome deal. Be careful with the seller though. I bought a cage for my parrotlet from him about a year ago and getting it shipped was like pulling teeth. When it finally arrived it was missing a piece. It was well over a month before I finally had the cage and all it's parts and even then it was the wrong color.

But that's a great price and I've heard others say they had no problem with this same seller. And I have to give him credit for shipping me the missing part at no cost. Of course that was AFTER I threatened to report him to Ebay.

But at that price, I'm very tempted to go ahead and order it from him anyway. Like I said, many others have had no troubles with that seller so it could very well have been one of those things that happens sometimes.

Terri, I read the reports on him, I saw 1 negative on I see, I am glad you told me about your experience.

Booms & Shawna, I would love to expand today :P. First I got to get the husband in on it, I am just pushing right now for a bigger cage :P.

By The Way how many budgies would fit in there comfortably?

I think ideally, four would be good. I'd probably be putting all six in there and I can see that working if they get lots of time out of the cage (at least a couple hours a day or so). I've only seen the cage in person twice though. But it's definitely gigantic. It will also depend on how it's arranged, that can make a big difference. I like keeping the middle clear (though that gets hard when you're like me and hate to take toys out so just add more) so they can fly back and forth. So yeah, four, six at most. Once I get the cage (if I do) that might change though. I've never actually seen it in person filled with birds and toys.

Well you've seen pics of mine. It is basically the one you are looking at times 2. I have 8 budgies. There is a ton of room (except at night when they all want the same spot :P) I would say you could house 4 very comfortably, maybe even 6.

here is the white one on bid again, http://cgi.ebay.com/Bird-Cage-cages-Ferret...oQQcmdZViewItem

or http://cgi.ebay.com/Bird-Flight-cages-cage...oQQcmdZViewItem this one is even cheaper and the same size.

I am so confused

which one do you like best? :P

I don't think the second one is very good. It looks like it is made of the softer wire. I have a small flight cage made of the stuff and it is okay for quarantine or breeding. My big cage is made of heavy duty stuff!

Lovey....i have the white cage you are bidding on above...but mine has 2 doors...which is wayyyy better than having one like other think is better! This way, i divide mine in half (i pull the metal grate up..and sandwich it againsit the sides...just under the top front door.) Its secure...and then i still have two good sized access doors. I got mine from a guy in Orlando Florida off of ebay...but i live in Canada..and it still only costed $174 in TOTAL to ship to Canada from Florida. It did come in a different colour than what i wanted, so i complained...but blue was my second choice, so i dont care that much....everyone loves it! You can fit 6 comfprtably in it...as i have 5 now...and they are super duper fine! All VERY HAPPY...and fly a lot in the cage! I set it up open in the middle...and put perches high, low, and medium, plus toys, and lots of food dishes, and they still use the bottom! They like to sit there if they want to get away from other guys....and i have only had one fight occur becuase my fiesty male decided hed try to mate with an already paired up hen...so they went at eachother....

But in all, the grey cage would be the one i bought again...as it has two doors...whish are still like 12" x 9" ....so id say get that one! :P

thanks Kirby

My husband is the voice of reason, he seriously says there is too much here already so he keeps me from leaping and buying everything ;). I really want more budgies but I am glad he is here then at times I think hmmm if I didn't have a husband I would have (shhhh).

So he is teaching me patience (or whatever you want to call it)

Man, sometimes I wish my hubby's was a bit more firm on stopping me from wanting more birds!! If we go into a bird place, and I see something that I love, and I say 'oh I want that little guy'.... hubby will guarantee to say back...'go ahead.. we'll make room for it at home'!! geeze.... If I didn't have self control, I'm sure my house would FULL of birds!!! (Laughing out loud)

hahahh....same here!

Im only 16, but have had HUNDREDS of pets...and every time i see a nice budgie, fish, hamster, gerbil, sometimes a horse, and if i say "i have never seen such a perfect little sweetheart!' or 'Can i have him" my moms like, well, do you have an extra cage? hahahah! ;) Or she ends up buying him for me, until i pay her back! She loves to see me with animals, she says ive got a gift with them. They all love me, and they know they can trust me. Like our one dog we adopted from shelter. He was abused by male teens, and an adult male. He HATES every man/boy he sees, yet loves me to death, and fallows me around everywehere i go! :hap: :)
