June 21, 200619 yr Not neccessarily. Feeding each other is a bonding thing. Males will do it to each other. I have one female who is a grump and particularly does not like Arkady, a young boisterous male, but when he is offering food she will take it.
June 21, 200619 yr You don't want to be a proud grandmother yet. It's okay if BooBoo feeds her, in fact when mine were babies I had one little one that demanded to be fed even at 16 weeks of age - long after she was weaned. And Rainbow complied, LOL. Only if you notice them mating please place them in seperate cages. Bessie shouldn't be allowed to breed for about another year.
