Hi, Could somebody please tell me how often should I check a hen sitting on a clutch of eggs and also

 

when chicks have hatched how often do I need to check if at all?

Youu need to check each day at lest once. Two is better morning and night (or afternoon) but that also depends on your hen, if she isn't happy with the intrution then simply leave it at one time a day.
