Hey everyone!

Well as you can tell I am a proud grandma!!! Here are some pictures of Sinatra (if he's a boy). The parents Frankie and Blue are being great parents.

Actually Nerwen, you can't tell from that picture but I think his crop is full. (see picture)...I was expecting it to be yellow though and not clear like it is.

Let me know what you think.

I think it's empty still or it may have a bit of air in to swell it out. Yes it should be yellow that means there is food there.

no it's empty. Is this her first clutch? The mum may be a bit confused. Try some egg and biscuit really diluted with skim milk. and I mean really diluted. Dipp your fingur in and let a drop fall on his beak. give him about 3 to 4 dropps. It will give him some strength to call and excite his mum into feeding him.

Let us know how you go.

Okay, here is day 2 of Sinatra!! The first picture is yesterday to compare with the second picture of him today. I hope you enjoy!

Well, my sister named Hans. She loves Germany and says it is a very popular name there.

Super Cool

I thought you might have gone for a muscal theme.

I meant to ask before what did you use to mark the eggs with?

I just used a non toxic marker from one of my kids art sets!

Congratulations on the new baby. Mom is a very pretty budgie. Do you have a picture of Dad? It's amazing that Sinatra is noticibly bigger already. They really grow quickly.
