Posted January 22, 200619 yr Someone pointed this out to me and it's so perfect. This is the first double cage I've seen that stacks vertically (rather than side to side), is the proper bar spacing, and provides tons of space in both sections. It has slide out trays AND grills, large doors, a stand on wheels, it's powder coated and it's a Kings Cage and I'm so in love. It is PERFECT. I could have the budgies on top, 'tiels in the bottom (just as I do now only more space!!) I'm going to get it. I don't know when as Richard and I are in serious saving mode right now due to the possible move. And then there's the fact that I have no clue how much it would cost to ship that thing overseas if I move. But I muuust have this cage (a.s.a.p.)!! Click! Edited January 22, 200619 yr by eterri
January 22, 200619 yr That link just takes you to their main page Terri, which cage are you drooling over?
January 22, 200619 yr Works now. Oh my, Pika would love that! Wouldn't it be cheaper if Richard moved to America?
January 22, 200619 yr Life in general would be ten times cheaper if he moved here and that WAS the plan. But the process of getting him here is also ten times harder than the process of getting me there so...that is life.
January 22, 200619 yr I suppose life gets in the way of a good plan. Still, he's willing to put up with you, so he must be worth it :(Laughing out loud):
January 22, 200619 yr Dad says he has NO CLUE how Richard puts up with me. He claims it has to be the fact that he doesn't have to do it every day.
January 22, 200619 yr Probably. But before I'm there permanently, he has to marry me so it will be too late to back out by the time he realizes his grave mistake. Edited January 22, 200619 yr by eterri
January 22, 200619 yr Oh the poor boy! You could scar him for life Terri! (and what fun that will be ) Maybe I should write to the poor deluded soul, nah, I could enjoy watching this!
January 22, 200619 yr Oh that does look like a great cage!! Umm may I ask where about you're moving to?
January 22, 200619 yr nice cage indeed. I have seen something like this before but didn't like the idea of spliting the room but for budgies and tiels it's a great idea.
January 22, 200619 yr Oh that does look like a great cage!! Umm may I ask where about you're moving to? If everything works out (and unless things work out better here in the US) I'll be moving to the U.K. More specifically in or around London. nice cage indeed. I have seen something like this before but didn't like the idea of spliting the room but for budgies and tiels it's a great idea. Yeah, normally when I see them the bar spacing is for larger birds. This is so perfect! The ones that are side by side would probably cause some injured toes but this would work great.
January 22, 200619 yr Wow!! I love that cage! Your birdies would love it.....but then you'd have so many spare cages.
January 28, 200619 yr I haven't. It's going to have to wait until I move because at this point, I have no clue if I'm staying in the states or moving to England. And shipping that 90 lb cage to England isn't something I'm too thrilled about thinking of having to do. :hap:
January 29, 200619 yr Yes, they would be on the plane but they would have to travel in the luggage area.
