January 22, 200619 yr That has got to be one really huge cage because the budgies look tiny in it! That's awesome!
January 22, 200619 yr My birdies have just had a big rearrangement. I have my 8 birdies in 4 cages the size of Blinkie's cage, a black one, a white one and 2 blue ones. I can't have an aviary, I rent and I don't want them to be too obvious come inspection time. When I can move into a home of my own, then I'll buy 2 avairies, one for my teils, the other for my budgies. The cages will be for breeding.
January 25, 200619 yr Here is my babies home.. my two budgies share a flight cage and a room w/ their two sisters (quakers) Lily and Saphirra This is Brycee and Sweetie's cage: This is their room/ play areas (we also have a playgym in our office and our bedroom for them):
January 25, 200619 yr I've just seen this on another thread, and I love it! (I am hiding the screen from my birds - no need to let them know how spoilt some birds get!). What's the big blue ball I can see hanging there?
January 25, 200619 yr I've just seen this on another thread, and I love it! (I am hiding the screen from my birds - no need to let them know how spoilt some birds get!). What's the big blue ball I can see hanging there? It's called a jolly ball/ a hide and beak ball. All four of my birds LOVE it/ take turns playing in it. It comes in different size... we have the larger size because of the quaker..but it comes smaller for budgies .. Here is the link: Jolly Ball Thank you!
January 25, 200619 yr Bea Blinks and Pretty have the same cage, except mine is yellow in the bottom instead of blue . Katrina WOW, you have some very spoiled birdies
January 25, 200619 yr Oh wow! I've just had a look, and we don't get anything near that cool here for the birds. What about over East? Daz, Bea etc, have you seen anything like that? I'd love to get some, and would love to pay someone to send them to me
January 25, 200619 yr Here is a site that sells them so you can see them close up http://www.wranglersroost.com/detail.asp?p...t_id=JollyLarge put in the full name in a search engine Lin, you may be lucky to find a catalog company that sells them by you.

January 25, 200619 yr This cage is ready for my budgies when our 3 chicks get out of the box. Now they´re living in quite a small cage I can´t wait to see them in this cage for the first time - they´ll love it !!! Edited January 25, 200619 yr by Zebra
January 27, 200619 yr I've been trying to get my hands on a larger cage than what they have at the moment. It's not small - they can flap their wings and jump from perch to perch without any hassles. But all the cages I've seen that are the right size have large spaces between the bars!
January 28, 200619 yr Katrina, that's exactly what I'd have if I had room, that is sooooooooooooooo FAB!!!!!! Here's Bobby's
January 29, 200619 yr Hommer those Grey Budgies are so cute, i love the colours and the little flecks around the cheeks
