kiwi eats ive seen her but not alot i fed her 2tablespoons but alot was wasted then i thought ide go to 1 and a half to stop waste but still she left some now shes on 1 table spoons please help im worried she isnt eating enough or has she just not got a big appitite?

With seed, they often just pick out their favorite parts and leave the rest. If you can, monitor her weight to make sure she isn't losing any. Does she eat other foods that may be filling her up?

Has her droppings decreased in number, or is she drinking a lot more

no she seems to be pooing fine but she feels a bit bony she plays chirps and seems happy ill try waing her

What do you mean by her feeling a bit bony? Is her keel (chest bone) really prominent? I would get her to the avian vet to be weighed and checked out a.s.a.p.

well ive just gone and stroked her and its not like ribby like stiking out bony just a bit less fleshy then the others her appitite has dubbled today she ate 1 and a half table spoons of seed tried boiled eg saled and brocolie and a bit of apple ate some millet and realy injoid a tad of toast(specail accasion)i bought her a seed sandwitch that she tucked in i only gave her 4minutes on it she ate lots of her iodine block to and shes eating more salad

If she's eating even one tablespoon then that would be twice the amount she needs....do you mean teaspoon because all budgies need is 2 teaspoons of seed along with veggies and other fresh foods each day.
