And I want to make another aviary between the two, here. Thought I'd cut the tree down, but leave most of it for perching

Pika wants to know if the one in the middle is going to be for him. A Pika mansion!

(Where he can bark at dogs and head bang at budgies for head scratches. :D)

they all look fantastic Lin :D

Oh, no, Pika will live in the house, like all cuties deserve :D

You're sure planning on squishing as many aviaries as you can into your yard arent you? :D Maybe you can ask your neighbours if they'll loan their yards to you for aviaries. :ausb::

And are you thnking at any stage to join all three into a majestic aviary :D

Originally Daz the idea was to have just one big aviary there. But I have too many species to do that :P But maybe one day, if I ever get into breeding these ringnecks (which I have fallen in love with, they are sooo intelligent), then, I have the ideal cage don't I? ^_^

Oh Bea, I still have places to put them. Behind that wall is my courtyard, and then the house. Now, who needs a courtyard...

Another good set-up Lin.

Perhaps you could put bars/wires on each of your windows and doors and just turn the house into a massive aviary.

Great idea FP

Which Ringnecks Lin? The Indian Ringneck that you got recently or Australian Ringnecks (twenty eights or the eastern states kind...forget what they're called) :)

I love them also.... one of my favorites :) Your backyard looks well set up for all your birds!! :D

I think the Eastern states is called the Mallee Ringneck....

The indian ringnecks Daz. Geronimo is soooo intelligent, and gentle, although I know they can be nasty pastys. But I have fallen in love with my beautiful boy

Lin I have a questionf or you

How is the avairy attached tot he cement at the base? (the first one)

That's the kinda the shape I want maybe a bit longer

Along the base of the aviary is a thin strip of metal, drill through that into the cement, and then use tek screws to hold it in. Tek screws don't need a nut on the other end, so it is very secure. I used bolts every 2 feet or so, as we have horrid easterly winds here that I worried would take my aviary with it.
