Posted December 18, 200519 yr I bought a new cage for him a while ago which he wrecked as he started eating the coating off the bars. Ive had to put him back in his old cage now and he hasnt even touched the bars on that. I really want to get him a new larger cage but I am worried that he will do the same again. I was wondering if maybe some cages are coated differently? Any suggestions?
January 14, 200619 yr Cages do have different coatings and are also made of different materials. Some are potentially dangerous so it's best to enquire as to what they are made of exactly. Powder coated one's are the best as they are unlikely to be eaten.
