Yesterday I got a new budgie, when I put her in the cage I also put some pellets in the food cup. I am almost positive that they were feeding her a seed mixture when I got her. I just dont know what type of seed mixture it was. Do you think she will eventually eat the pellets or should I put the seed mixture I already have in the cage and see if she eats that, or should I do something else?

Don't try to convert her to pellets just yet, she may not recognize them as food and could starve. Give her seeds until she's settled in.
