Hey all. Sky blue and cobalt when crossed will give a violet tinge to a blue coloured baby. Did you know that.

 

Here's how I learn't that.

 

 

This budgie ain't at all blue. or is it violet. it is kind of in between both colours. In fact when I asked them he said that it is blue with the violet tinge in the feathers. so in apearence it looks purple. but not the violet purple more like the lilac purple.

 

Pretty bird he is.

There is a visual violets that look like a coblat blue, I think if I'm remembering correctly they are sf violets. I think this is what the people are meaning at the shops.
