Sunny's feathers above here cere are looking a little strange. They are clumpy and a little off in color. I attached some pics, what do you think it could be?

Sunny is moulting,

If you look close you will see that they are new pin feathers growing just above the cere,

The pinkness is the blood showing through the new feather shafts.

All very normal.

Yes she moulting she may have gone in too a heavy moult a moutliong supplement may help I dont believe the bloood is that normal that is why i am putting it to a heavy moult As i have foudn mine only get it when in a heavy moult.

Mine look like that every time they molt, so you have agreement there from me too. Sometimes the feathers even start to look dirty or brown above the cere, almost like they have been sneezing or something, but as soon as they all unfold everything is back to normal.

My budgies get like that and sometimes even more odd looking when they moult.

You should see blue. (Sky Blue) his face is stained green from getting into the vegitables and Snow Pea Sprouts. But he's having fun.

My Max is like that at the moment and losing LOTS of big feathers definitely a molt!
