July 15, 200519 yr That is one amazing setup you have!! A friend here in California has two large aviaries in her back yard, probably both add up to your large one. All kinds of birds, in different sections of each. I used to help her feed/clean/maintain before I had kids. She probably has around 75 birds (they all have great loads of space) and it took about an hour every day, due to all the tropical species that needed fruit, etc. I totally respect people who can do that their whole lives! Anyway, back to topic...you have a great setup, beautiful birds. Too bad you're not closer...everybody in CA feels the need to raise/sell macaws and cockatoos. Too much for me! Finding good budgies can involve a lot of driving! Again, GOOD WORK!
August 28, 200519 yr My oldest is 9!!! she's a lutino named WattleMy dad reckons they can live for 20 years (as if) I have a 13-year-old (almost fluoro yellow) lutino, called Coco, and she's still goin' strong.

September 18, 200519 yr I've just been having a look through some of the older topics and have to say your setup looks great and your birds are fantastic. I was sorry to read about Beedy , he looked lovely. Hope Mickey will become as tame
