September 27, 200519 yr aww i knew a friend who found a budgie! out in the snow. i would rescue any budgies that i knew needed help, but unfortunately dont have room (cages) for bigger birds or other animals.
September 27, 200519 yr you can keep the little GUY WE DONT WANT HIM We set him free OMG! Who would be stupid enough to set a budgie free?!
September 27, 200519 yr "Antis" Are Anti bird keeping (Anti animal keeping really) people. That's for the explanation. We'll all have to form a new rescue charity mainly for budgies and other birds similiar to the RSPB.
September 28, 200519 yr Bit confused as to the term I used for a female dog has been replaced with asterisks? Makes me look like I used a really bad word-is it not allowed on here? Definitely a big difference I would say-what made it even worse as far as the dog was concerned was that she was running wild in a school (where she was eating the left over polystyrene trays from food) and had obviously just recently given birth but we couldn't find where the pups were. Sorry Julie, we know that you werent being rude. Its incase someone uses it in a bad manner.

September 29, 200519 yr I can't believe how irresponsible some pet owners are... and I'm really dissapointed with the RSPCA not giving any help... perhaps it would be better if a charity for pet birds could be set up... there are so many nice people on this forum... it could work UK wide... but maybe I'm just dreaming... but I still can't believe some of the things people do to poor defenceless animals!
September 30, 200519 yr I would Help but right now I have a avairy full of Bird from places qwhere they need good homes .
October 3, 200519 yr There is a Bird rescue in the UK but it's mainly for parrots. Called Birdline UK.
