Posted August 12, 200519 yr Yes! It's true! I've found some chickweed growing in our local graveyard(don't ask!). I'm pretty sure it hasn't recently been sprayed by the council but I know that it won't be the safest thing to give my birds at the moment.So-my question is this:- I've potted some up and brought it home. If I was to leave it till it seeded and then let it spread itself in the pot,do you think that next seasons chickweed would be safe to use? Julie
August 12, 200519 yr yes im sure it will. Why not plant it in the garden? I have and i now have a healthy supply for gooby.
