Hello, I have a budgie it is quite old actually i have it for arround a year, a year and half. Its ceret is pink eyes are black and it is yellow. The thing is i cannot determine if it is surely a female or not. Below are some images i just took.

I say male it's a recessive pied meaning males cere stay pink I say most def a male
