Thanks Rob would be great to get some reports. Wow you sure are busy then. I hope to get to an auction later this year or next year, still got an aviary and bird room to build. So will see what happens when that is finished.

I will be there, also have some birds up for Auction

Nice drive from shepparton. Let us know how you go.

I am not going but I reckon they will go for some good prices, be interested on seeing what they go for too. Mainly Sheppard/Flanagan.

Shepard in flan dont go that high splat they are always usually reachable birds of theirs

last year at our auction they were very reasonable priced nice hen for 100 cin grey green i did not buy her myself i brought nothing although did try

this year i will not be buying birds

Yes they do Gb, last year I think they were mainly Flanagan birds at your auction, not Sheppard.

Last year they really didn't sell any at auction, well that is what i have been told.

they normally do all auctions but not last year.

So this year they are perdicting that they will go for heaps (any where from $500 up to sky is the limit) and they won so many classes which will help. But it also depends on the quality of the birds to the price.

at the Nationals.

BUT I could be very wrong also.

Top 5 Highest prices were

$1400 for a Lange Grey Hen

$950 for a Edwards GG Hen

$900 for Bob Smith GG Spangle

$800 for a Scoble Cobalt

a couple of birds sold for $700 including a Cinn cock of mine, and a Wally Capper GG cock

Lot of birds sold between $100 & $400, there were also some bargains. I recorded most lots, anyone wanting specific prices PM me

So the Sheppard/Flanagan birds didn't go for much Heath. Sounds like there were some good bargains, wish i was there.
