May 18, 201014 yr That's great GB, what a fantastic gift ,and what a fantastic club! For what it's worth I have been using Rob Marshalls supplements on my birds over the past six months and the results have been fantastic! I also went with a March/April round with my birds after reading his opinions on the breeding cycle. Enjoy! Patrick

May 18, 201014 yr Hi GB, what about getting one of those Whirly Bird thingys on the roof of your avairy apparently it takes heat away in summer and helps with condensation.
May 18, 201014 yr Author Hi GB, what about getting one of those Whirly Bird thingys on the roof of your avairy apparently it takes heat away in summer and helps with condensation. yes lib i did think of that when i built it even vents like dave mc but my dad was bent on just drilling holes along roof at 2 centermeters apart then putting a cover over top at two inches high on out side to let air out but no rain in so thats what i have since im not the type of woman that can accomplish many man jobs i got to options get a man in my life :wine  (as if ) or wait till my dad retires (which will be never )to get his asistance or (three actually) just keep ploding along with my dodgie brothers ideas of insulation of things and hope a knight in shining armor comes to my aid :hap:

May 18, 201014 yr Hi GB this is a picture of my aviary it was a standard aviary that I extended on the left , the only cover that I use is a blind down the front of a night the flight area has iron on the roof 2/3 of the way across , I do get moisture but as I open it every day no matter what the weather they get a cross flow of air.Just a thought you may be not getting enough ventilation through the aviary. hope this may be of some help. http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd233/R.../SDC10177-1.jpg Ross Edited May 18, 201014 yr by KAZ photo changed to link as it was not edited to size before posting
