I'm still trying very hard to wrap my head around the mutations/colourings so here's my very uneducated guess...yellowfaced cobalt dominant pied spangle....but lets see wht the experts say..hahahaha....an ?male?

I agree with Kaz there is no dominant pied marking that I see.

Yellow face recessive pied cobalt spangle.

 

Look at the chest and back area - looks like a vary heavily marked recessive to me.

Very pretty bird and the kids aren't half bad either.
