September 22, 200915 yr Author The cinnamon coloured wings on a blue body are a very good look. I agree........its very attractive in a budgie :camera: Look what I found when I checked the nest earlier  So I put it outside for safe keeping

I have never seen anyone do that, but it is funny.
September 22, 200915 yr Author That is funny. I have never seen anyone do that, but it is funny. Yeah :camera: The way I see it....it safe from getting wrecked by the babies still in the nest, and lessens the chance that the Mum will chase her babies out of the nestbox. Eggs as we know stay in limbo until incubated so the egg is safe where it is
September 22, 200915 yr So cute, that little egg in the seed dish. It's amazing how beefy your babies are, compared to my pet-type budgies at that stage!
September 22, 200915 yr Author so a egg can say in a box for 3 days or more with out it going bad Yes....as long as incubation hasnt begun it will keep well for a week or more.
September 22, 200915 yr WOW I diddn't know that but I guess it makes sence as the mother normally wouldn't incubate for a few days. Nice birds Kaz

You are definitely doing something right If she is a lacewing as per the Gary Armstyrong hen and split lacewing cock of Rob Dunstan, the Gary Armstrong said he wants her.
