Posted August 9, 200915 yr Hi guys, I am a total beginner in breeding budgies and budgies themselves. I just got my first budgie a couple of weeks ago. In around a year I would like to breed budgies so I am after tips on how to get started and tips in general on breeding budgies. Any feedback will be appreciated.
August 9, 200915 yr The best tip I can give you is to read the information in these links http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/faqs/i...&artlang=en http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/faqs/i...=show&cat=8 Edited August 9, 200915 yr by Neville
August 9, 200915 yr Hi Luvbir1, In my opinion, Neville is 100% correct..... I spent MONTHS reading the FAQ's and other members post's on most subjects and learned HEAPS. Still have heaps to learn.... There is a lot of experienced members on this site, very informative, and people willing to help.
August 9, 200915 yr I would agree with all the above comments, and only add. Think of the most obvious "dumb" questions you have and write them down (remembering that there really are NO dumb questions - ever, they are just the ones that everybody else has asked a thousand times, or are too shy to ask themselves). Type them into GooGle and read all the advice that comes back. Once you get the "dumb" questions out the way, you normally have more of a foundation in yourself then to start asking questions of the forum and getting good responses. (me, I'm still at the asking dumb questions stage, so I type a lot into GooGle)
