I bought a parakeet last September and i've been trying to trace the leg band number but haven't found anything. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.

 

Her band number is: TF 0 4453

The band is Black with white letters/numbers.

TF is the breeders code. 08 is the year of hatching ..........2008. 4453 is the number of the ring and number of the bird.
