Posted March 30, 200916 yr Kacey had a operation last friday to get desexed and get a hernia removed but he started trying to pull his stitches out so the vet recommended putting a pot on his head and tie it to his collar. Kacey is not happy about having to walk around with a pot on his head. i got him a purple one so it would at least look a little bit pretty.
March 30, 200916 yr I had a rat that needed a huge tumour removed, but afterwards she pulled out every stitch and had a huge gaping wound on her stomach. We rushed her back and they stapled it instead. Staples are harder, but they still pull them out, the buggers. So in the end I cut the toe off a sock, fed her head and front legs through it, and secured with the sticky bandage tape (like a giant cloth bandaid) top and bottom. Foiled!!!!! (and not happy about it)
April 23, 200916 yr Author Kacey is all better now and feeling happy he does not have to wear a bucket so i thought i would show some photos of my cute puppy who is growing up too fast. My cats did not like him when i first got him but they are starting to tolerate him now when he is not chasing them. If we do not face him we can pretend his not on our bed.
April 23, 200916 yr Kacey is gorgeous! :fear What type of cat is the non gray one? Very pretty colouring. I used to have a gray cat, laziest thing in the whole world!

April 23, 200916 yr tortoiseshell! I have heard that name before. Very pretty! Max - the gray I had, was bred by my cat and so many people wanted to adopt him. He ended up being almost twice the size of his mother and even as an adult she'd catch prey for him as he was too lazy. He did catch a cockroach once - very proud of himself. He was so lazy he refused to move with us and when we moved (a whole 800m away) it took him 2 weeks to return home. All the ones who'd wanted to adopt him as a kitten looked after him and he spread himself away. Died at around 16yo I think (we kept tabs on him via his new families).
