i have two 2 week old lutino and if i breed it with a blue cinamon will the chicks be white lacewings or yellow lacewings (in the future of corse)

You will not breed any Lacewings unless the genes crossover. Chance of that happening is 3%.

well how can i breed lacewings?

To breed a lacewing from a cinnamon and and lutino will take 2 generations. First you must first produce a cock bird that is split for both mutations.

Mate your lutino to a blue cinnamon, then choose a male chick from the clutch, it will be split to both mutations. Then mate this bird to a blue hen and you have about a 6.25% chance of getting a white lacewing

How did you come up with 6.25%. That is higher than known crossover percentages. Using your pairing suggestions I make it a 0.846% chance of breeding a Lacewing.
