Posted December 30, 200816 yr My cat managed to get her paws on a young mouse in my kitchen just then but she's not a very good mouser and she lost it and recaught it a couple of times. Finally after running all over the place tryng to catch it wth a towel I saw it run into my pie of clean washing into one of my little sons jumpers. Quickly I folded the jumper in on itself and ran out the front door and threw it onto the road. Out ran the mouse across the road where it was pounced on by a magpie before it even got to the gutter!
December 30, 200816 yr how many lives are mice supposed to have? I guess that one used them all up between you adn the cat adn the magpie was the last straw!
December 30, 200816 yr Author Yeah well the cat managed to catch it about 5 times before I eventually grabbed it. I didn't really care where it went as long as it wasn't in my house but the magpie had other ideas...
January 1, 200916 yr Two down now GB, we caught one in the trap yesterday morning  check if they are male or female it will give you a indication of how many your looking at also mouse bates dont work as mice send out one mouse to cheek things out this mouse has the job of brining home the food once he has found it but no mouse will eat that item until 1 week latter if the mouse who brought it in dies in this time none of them eat it good luck
