I went out the check on my little pets recently and was shocked , with what appears to be a bad case of moult.

 

 

I'm new, so I might have it wrong,

 

It might just be normal in a budgie house,

 

but any help is appreciated.

Thats a very rare budgie you have there **David** but it is spiky so I guess that its moulting

the "pin cushion" effect that comes with moulting

 

Shows why budgies and cacti dont mix - getting those feathers off is a hazardous job!!
