my little girl bluebell has been loosing or plucking alot of her feathers 4 big black and blue ones and heaps of little fluffy blue ones. you can see where they have been lost or plucked because she is turning white instead of blue.

is she just moulting or...

Have you ever seen her plucking, or have you seen her preen a lot more than usual?

 

If she is plucking she could either be bored or have something irritating her like lice

i agree that photos would be a great help

ill add a photo later on as i need to go to school lol i hope she is okay

it is not common for a budgie to feather pluck unless there is an underlying issue, most feather plucking is done on the chest and around the neck not on the tail area, she sounds like she is molting but a picture would assist us better.
