Posted March 19, 200520 yr How can i stop tweetie attacking the new ''reject baby' Buster, She flys to his cage, seperate room, and talks to him, taught him how to eat etc. but when she sees him out of tha cage, she will first kiss him, then pull his feathers or worse still bite his feet and gets really agro. Jealousy??? How do we stop it. Tweetie has always had the run of the house, but for some reason she does not want him out of the cage Even when Buster and I are in a separate room she hears me talking to him and she turns on temper. Now she wont come to me, oh she will for a minute or two, poop on my hand :(Laughing out loud): then go to hubby, or busters cage. Cindy
March 19, 200520 yr Do you let them out at the same time? If you do you could try letting them out at different times. Then they wouldn't be able to do anything about the other one getting more attention!
March 21, 200520 yr Im having a few jealousy problems with Patty and Georgy they have just finally been introduced to the same cage and when I put my hand in to stroke Georgy Patty attacks him and moves him out of the way so she can be stroked even though she hates been stroked - she also flung him out of the cage the other day but he keeps going back to her - he only wants to be friends and I think deep down she likes his company.
