I got recommended a video on youtube in reagrds to training birds watching the girl is well spoken and has some really nice birds except when I came acorss this video

 

 

I am sure that whatever is wrong with the bird she is treating it but WOW that looks strange!

Looks like a feather plucker to me as his head feathers appear normal. Poor little dude.

there are very good videos. but seriously what's happened to that bird?? does anyone know??

In one of the vids she says that the bird has behavioural issues and feather plucks poor little guy.
