Sounds like normal budgie chatter to me.... but you never know.

Like with children, mummy will understand any talking before anyone else :P

Try with headphones on its easy heard and you need to listen carefully

hehe... I dunno whether there are any words in there (like Liv said, you will prob recognise any words before we do!), but it does sound like there are snippes of "immitation human" voice, maybe? Smokey made a lot of noises which definitely weren't budgie singing, but sounded kind of human before he learnt to talk. They didn't make any sense at all, but he has since learnt to talk a bit.

Its George mostly I read childrens books to them, ambarasing I know so maybe he's tying to tell that story in his own way??

I think only you can really answer that question at this point. if it sounds like he is talking to you, then he probably is starting to. He is not understandable to us, but if you can hear a change in his voice, then that's all you need to know he is learning :)
