August 1, 200816 yr That's good they are eating it . I feed carrot, corn, green peas, celery, spinach, parsley, apple, ... I think banana is okay. I've tried red currant (it grows next to the aviary), but they don't eat it. Today I gave them a little bit of grapes (I've taken the seeds out) By the way nice pictures Edited August 1, 200816 yr by Zebra

Edited August 3, 200816 yr by KAZ typo pesticides
August 3, 200816 yr what do I do about pesticides? Pesticides form a residue on the surface and i am pretty sure they do not actually penetrate the plant, so just wash, peel and take off any outer leaves from all fruit and vegetables, the same as you would to eat them yourself. August 3, 200816 yr Wash all veggies, Only give strawberries if you have grown them as the pesticides are soaked in to the berries and usually ca't get washed out of them You can even give them your grass too NOT MOWED THOUGH, I go and pull the grass out before dave wippersnips, they love that too Organic, is expensive if you ask me, and 8 times out of 10 they are ORGANIC! -
