Have you ever seen a parakeet do this? The budgie I got did this in the store...like a little dog. She hasn't done it since I got her. She was super sassy and playful at the pet store. She frisks a little at home but she's still settling in.

I haven't seen any roll over on the ground like a puppy, but i have seen them do some pretty silly things so I am sure rolling over would be one of them

Buddy does this he lies on his back and scratches his belly... I am sure he was a lab in a past life

She will be a little scared for the first few days or weeks that you have her. Once she settles in she will act like she did in the store

Yeah I've seen this too! My Oliver did this once but he had his little bell ball clutched in his claw and it looked like he was wrestling. My daughter and I laughed ourselves silly when we seen it. It was so cute! To this day we stalk him with the video camera in the hopes that he'll do it again, but as yet we haven't been lucky enough to catch him. Or maybe he just knows we're waiting and has decided not to give us any reason to laugh at him. Someone always has to spoil the party. Oh well, we live in hope!!
