I know the color is violet, just not certain if this chick is dilute or clearwing or what?

But the parents are not greywing, the Mom is normal violet and the Dad is a red eye lacewing???

Greywing is a recessive gene, meaning that the parents would have been carrying it but not showing it.

Could it possibly be a cinnamon?

Hey mate

Yes violet greywing cock! :D

I have one too and neither parents were greywings so they must be / "split" from it :D

Agree with Neat B)

I was asking, because some photos convey colours really badly, more grey than colour and if dad is a lacewing and that chick is a hen then it will be a cinnamon.

Lacewing doesnt seem to work like that with cinnamon. I have a split lacewing cock and even with his lacewing hen I only ever got real lacewings or normals...never cinnamons. There is often debate about lacewings and cinnamon inos...an interesting topic.

BUT in this case the chick clearly shows grey and not cinnamon.
