Happy With No Mirrors!

Hi everyone,

Well Buddy has settled after taking the mirrors away 1 1/2 weeks ago. He is a new bird. He doesn't look for every mirror in the house, like he did previously. I can't believe it. I have him back haha! Just wanted to say thanks for the great advice, I wish I realised sooner:(

As for Charlie-Murphy, he(she?) is still bossy when it comes to eating. He's too young to determine which sex he/she is. They are in separate cages next to each other so their food bowls are close together, so lets hope Charlie Murphy learns to share with Buddy.

:)

I am so pleased Buddy is behaving again :)

CM still sounds like a hen to me. These girls can get quite bossy. My Latte who has two male companions, is ALWAYS bossing them around haha. The bossiness is fine as long as it's not full on fighting or preventing Buddy from eating.

Great news!!! I'm sure the food thing will get there and in time hopefully they can share a cage :)

very pleased to hear the improvement, it is amazing what mirrors or anything reflective can do to a bird it is an addition for them, once removed they are in a much healthier mind set for sure.
