Is He Doing What I Think He Is Going?

Coco is about 5 months now and he is one flirty boy, he flirts with everything in his cage ALL the time..I find it cute..until today :D He has been hooking one foot on his toy, keeping one on his perch and rubbing his bum bit on the perch and getting all fluffed up. I don't know if he is just playing, or if he is trying to do something else that I just don't want to know.... Worms crossed my mind, but he is wormed.

Has anybody seen this behaviour before, and is it anything to be concerned about?

He is doing what you think he is doing :D, this is the age that it starts, I would make sure he is getting enough dark hours a lot of people don't give their budgies a full 10-12 covered cage hours and it really makes a difference in decreasing the behavior in both of my boys.

Yes, the beast with two backs. Exactly what he is doing. Boys will be boys and even boy budgies with lots of girls around will still pleasure themselves. My boy budgie did. You can't do much about it. At least he is having fun.

 Cheeky little thing, they just don't stay babies for long do they :P Thanks for the advice, he is only getting about 8 hours covered time so I will start to increase it.
