May 27, 200817 yr Thats a great set up you have. When I finish school next year I want to have a big outdoor avairy to with my two original budgies and maybe some more in it but I have 2 questions: When your moving a budgie from avairy to avairy/free flight room how do you catch them and how do you get in and out without the budgies getting out because most avairys I have seen have the two door system?
May 27, 200817 yr Brilliant !! You must be very happy with that Its great that you got the version with the tin partway up the sides so no mice can get in

You havent seen anything yet Kaz wait until you see the cabinets it has cost me around $300 to put the cages in and with the boxes and everything so i will keep you in suspence......... hopefully i can get the pics up tonight
May 27, 200817 yr WOW!! Thats a brilliant set up! I am jealous!! I look forward to seeing your breeding setup toooo!!!! ***Arrrrh SUSPENCE!!!!!*** hehe
May 27, 200817 yr Looks good Misslu, I agree with Kaz you made a great discission going with the one with the tin up from the ground to help keep mice at bay. I still think like Cara said that safety doors are always a plus, I don’t think you can always rely on birds being tame as a safety thing, luckily all my aviaries open into birds rooms, which makes it safe, but some of my birds are so tame it’s dangerous & as I walk out the door sometimes birds are landing on my back or head, as some just wont stay off of me when I’m inside the aviary.
May 27, 200817 yr * is jealous ..... * complety envious * is going to Missy's place to steal it It is awesome guys and wait to you see her set up Glad you finally put the pics up mel Edited May 28, 200817 yr by KAZ typos
